"Firebringer" - A prehistoric comedy musical

Start with some wooly mammoths and saber-toothed tigers, add in prehistoric tribes fighting constantly, top it off with four thrilling nights of comedy and music, and what have you got?

If you said, “Congress,” we are going to give you partial credit. But no, the correct answer is Firebringer, a new stone age musical.

At the dawn of humanity, one tribe of cave people survives the many trials of prehistoric life under the wise leadership of Jemilla, “The Peacemaker.” Jemilla taught her people to express themselves without resorting to violence.

Ashland Legion Baseball in the Chairman's Cup Tournament airing on HCAM, WACA and HCAT

HCAM will have live coverage of Ashland Legion Baseball in the Chairman's Cup tournament, games will also air on WACA in Ashland and HCAT in Holliston. Coverage will start at a time to be determined on Sunday and we will also have games Monday and potentially Tuesday if Ashland reaches the zone finals. Each zone will have a representing team for the State portion of the tournament, which starts next Friday (August 6th). Most games will take place at Mahan Field in Natick. Be on the lookout for live coverage on our Youtube page and HCAM-ED Channels.

In the 2nd half of the show, we will be joined by Ann Click with the Friends of Hopkinton and their Marathon Runner Morgan Woodman, Live in the Studio, to talk about the fundraising that the Friends are doing.
