The 65th edition of the Hopkinton Hangout Hour took place on Thursday, June 25th and was a 90 minute episode. In the first segment, we talked with Parks & Recreation Candidates, Liisa Jackson & Laura Hanson and then Library Trustees Committee Candidate, Jessica McCaffrey joined us and then we talked with School Committee Candidate, Joe Markey.

After receiving a total of 73,929 votes in New England of which 20,929 votes received for Massachusetts, we are pleased to announce the results of the 2020 Red Sox Foundation IMPACT Awards…

Hopkinton Girl Scouts Focus on Vaping Epidemic for Silver Award

Vaping has become a huge problem for teens nationwide and to date, over 68 deaths have been confirmed in 30 states. For their Girl Scout Silver Award, Hopkinton Girl Scouts from Troop 65294 chose to focus on the dangers of vaping in adolescents. The girls hope to educate the parents and students in their community to create awareness and encourage changes in their behavior.
