Charlotte B. (Lane) Fargo, 96

Charlotte B. (Lane) Fargo of Hopkinton, Massachusetts passed away on August 6, 2017, at age 96. She was the wife of the late George A. Fargo, Sr. of Hopkinton and sister of the late Evelyn Read of Holliston, Mass.

Born on September 15, 1920 in Framingham, MA, Charlotte was the daughter of Charles and Mattie (Rowe) Lane, and she graduated from Framingham High School. She married George A. Fargo, Sr., in 1943, and they moved to Hopkinton in 1949, where she lived for the next 68 years.

Mark Christopher Antonioli, 38

Mark Christopher Antonioli, 38, of Holliston, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2017. Born in Framingham, he was the son of Faith E. (Mantell) Antonioli and the late Lawrence E. Antonioli.

Mark enjoyed working on cars and was good at fixing everything. He enjoyed spending time with his family, watching his son Dominic play hockey and watching his daughter Brianna dance.

Brad F. Canty, 17

Brad F. Canty, 17, of Hopkinton, passed away Monday, July 24, 2017. Brad leaves behind his best friend and brother, Kyle Canty, his parents, Becky and Jimmy Canty of Hopkinton; his maternal grandparents, Agnes Torento of Milford and Frank Torento of Hopkinton. He also leaves behind his paternal grandparents, Lorraine and James Canty of Holliston, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Jacqueline A. Duffy, 56

Jacqueline A. Duffy, 56, of Wareham, formerly of Hopkinton, died Monday, July 17, 2017 at her home unexpectedly.
Born in Quincy, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Joanne L. (MacDonald) Duffy. A longtime resident of Hopkinton, she moved to Wareham several months ago. Ms. Duffy worked as a retail clerk for CVS/Pharmacy, and worked as a home health aide.

Ralph Gates Edwards Sr., 92

Ralph Gates Edwards Sr., 92, passed from this life to the arms of his Heavenly Father on Monday, July 17, 2017 in Dunnellon, FL, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Newton, MA, he was the son of the late Frank J. and Gretchen (Gates) Edwards. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Ann Patricia Edwards to whom he was married for 59 years and his sister Norma (Edwards) Manning. Ralph was a Veteran of World War II.

John “Skip” Carlberg, 72

WINDHAM-- John “Skip” Carlberg, 72, passed away peacefully in his home on June 30th after a brief illness.

Skip grew up in Hopkinton, Ma. graduating from HHS in 1962.
He moved to Windham in 1971 to pursue a promotion at A-M Corporation as a service supervisor.

He serviced printing equipment for A-M for many years until they disbanded. After A-M, he went to work for Offtech of Maine, Inc., in Westbrook, which he thoroughly enjoyed, until his passing. He also spent his days off working for his son, John, at the Shelterman. He was a very key component to their team.
