Mark Edward Bell, 64, of Hopkinton, passed away surrounded by his family after a valiant battle with pancreatic cancer. Born in NY, NY, and raised in Nanuet, NY, he was the son of the late Florence (Pantano) and Edward F. Bell. He was the husband of 36 years to his beloved wife, Gayle Gonthier-Bell of Hopkinton.

Thomas J. Robson, 23 of Rockland, MA passed away unexpectedly on March 7, 2020. He struggled with drug addiction throughout his short life and was turning around his life when he relapsed. He was employed by Rug Merchant in Rockland, MA and loved his job and coworkers. He just recently moved from sober housing to an apartment on his own. Tom was a loving, kindhearted and deeply intelligent person who was dearly loved by his family and all who knew him.

Paul J. Schiloski, 74

Paul J. Schiloski, 74, passed away on March 5, 2020 while residing in the Philippines. Born in Framingham he was the son of the late Charlotte (Smith) and Robert Schiloski of Hopkinton. He is survived by his sons Paul Schiloski and Micheal Ricchiazzi of Framingham along with their children. Paul is also survived by his sister Lola Dzerkacz and her husband Frank of Maynard and brother Kenneth Schiloski of Hopkinton and many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by brothers Robert Schiloski,Jr. and Philip Schiloski both of Hopkinton. There are no funeral arrangements at this time.

Stephen M. Hayes, 57

Stephen M. Hayes, 57, died unexpectedly February 27, 2020 at his home. Born in Framingham, he was the son of the late Edward and Geraldine (Pucci) Hayes. He was raised in Hopkinton.

Stephen worked as a carpenter with several local construction firms. Steve loved to fish whenever he was able. While at home, Steve was creative in the kitchen and was a great cook. Steve was a loyal fan to all of his Boston sports teams, as well as The Three Stooges. Most of all, Steve loved the company of his close friends, many who stayed by his side from his youth to his final days.

Clytie Arlene (Banks) Foster, 93

Clytie Arlene (Banks) Foster, 93, of Hopkinton, died peacefully at her home on Sunday, March 1, 2020. She was surrounded by her children. Born in Rossway, Nova Scotia, Canada, Clytie was one of ten children born to Loren and Edna(Peters) Banks. She is predeceased by her husband of over 60 years, Robert, who passed in 2012. Clytie spent her life between three countries. Canada, the UK, and the US, but Canada was her true home.

Gloria (Briglia) Webb, 95

Gloria (Briglia) Webb passed away on February 28, 2020 from natural causes. She was 95 years old. Gloria was born in Baltimore, MD. in 1924 to naturalized immigrant parents. Her father Romolo Briglia and mother Carolina (Baldi) Briglia came to the United States from Lucca, Italy. Gloria was the youngest of 4 children including her late sisters, Marion (Briglia) Braun, Lydia (Briglia) Bennett, and her late brother, Anthony Briglia. She attended school in Baltimore, and met her future husband, the late Kenneth K. Webb, prior to his deployment to the European theater in World War II.

George F. Gross, 86

George F. Gross, 86, of Hopkinton, passed away Friday, February 28, 2020. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Gertrude (Dame) and George H. Gross.

George was a graduate of Bentley University, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. He was an Army Veteran who served in Japan during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the Hopkinton on-call fire department for over 30 years and was a member of the Hopkinton VFW.
