In honor of Patriots’ Day, the Hopkinton Marathon Committee (HMC) will honor two U.S. veterans at the start of the Boston Marathon. Both veterans work for the Hopkinton Department of Public Works, which plays important roles before, during, and after the Boston Marathon to keep the town and race clean and safe.

The Hopkinton Marathon Committee (HMC) has selected longtime HMC and Boston Marathon volunteer Jack LeDuc, retired Hopkinton Police Department officer Tom Griffin, 30 year Dell/EMC employee and Boston Marathon Volunteer, and Sharon Lisnow and Mary McQueeney, Founding Directors of the Michael Lisnow Respite Center as starters for the first, second, third and fourth waves of the 128th Boston Marathon on Monday, April 15. The Boston Athletic Association will announce the starters for earlier starts.

In the latest Hiller Update, Hopkinton Hillers open the spring season with a Girls LAX Win and Softball Head Coach, Shannon Allberry introduces us to the team this season.

Hopkinton Hillers Boys Varsity Lacrosse started off the 2023-2024 season with a 10-5 win on the road over Holliston. Hillers Head Coach, Dan Norton spoke with us about the upcoming season just prior to the game.
