On Saturday June 28th, the Boston Cannons of Major League Lacrosse will host a free skills clinic at Gillette stadium, to benefit athletes in need throughout low income communities in greater Boston. While the Cannons have always been involved in charitable initiatives, this clinic will be the first of its kind, and is designed to immerse over 100 young athletes from urban communities in the sport of lacrosse. The clinic will feature members of the 2015 team’s coaching staff and active roster. This experience will come to these children at no cost, and will feature:

- Free transportation to and from Foxboro
- A one hour clinic from 12 p.m to 1 p.m on the stadium’s main field
- Complimentary tickets to the Cannons game at Gillette on June 28th at 4 P.M.
- Private meet and greets
- Cannons merchandise/apparel
- Free food and drink

One of the original six teams of Major League Lacrosse (MLL), the Boston Cannons were founded in 2001 by owner and president Matt Dwyer. Winners of the 2011 Major League Lacrosse Championship, the Cannons play their home games at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts.
