Carolyn (Ingram) Duffy, 82

Carolyn (Ingram) Duffy, of Hopkinton, where she has lived for over 50 years, died Sunday, August 21, 2011 at the Medway Country Manor. She was 82.

Born in Hyannis, she was the daughter of the late Frank O. and Celia May (Wordell) Ingram, and was raised in Falmouth.

She was a homemaker and the wife of the late Martin F. Duffy, who passed in 1998. She had worked for Dunkin Donuts in Milford when her children were young.

She was the mother of John F. “Jac” Duffy of Georgia, Patrick J. Duffy of Georgia, Maureen A. Hutchins and her husband Larry of Milford, Tammy L. Noble and her husband Bill of Framingham, and Michael V. Duffy and his wife Michelle of Maynard. She was the sister of Maureen Stewart, Marty Ingram, Joe Ingram, and Ken Ingram, all of California , and her late twin sister Marilyn Houston and Frank Ingram Jr. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and her extended family at the Medway Country Manor.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Medway Country Manor, 115 Holliston Street, Medway, on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
