The results are in for the two contested races in Hokinton's annual Town Election. Brian Herr will be joining the Board of Selectmen at their meeting tomorrow night as Hopkinton's newly elected selectman. Herr had a total of 1139 votes and D'Urso had 548 votes.
In the race for the two seats on the School Committee, Nancy Burdick and Scott Aghababian came out on top, with 1125 votes and 1060 votes respectively.
The only question on the ballot, to make the Town Clerk an appointed, rather than elected, position failed 1042 to 635.
