Boston Marathon Number Available - Runner Needed!

The 300th Anniversary Celebration Committee has an official Boston Athletic Association (BAA) 2013 Boston Marathon Number and needs a runner who is willing to raise money to support the committee.

RUNNERS: 2013 BOSTON MARATHON NUMBER IS AVAILABLE NOW – ACT QUICKLY

  • Applicant must raise a minimum of $2,500 all of which will support the town’s 300th Anniversary
  • Applicant must pay the BAA’s Registration Fee separately to the BAA

Hopkinton Housing Authority Vacancy Announcement

The Board of Selectmen voted at its January 8, 2013 to accept the resignation of a member of the Hopkinton Housing Authority and is currently seeking candidates for this position.

A joint meeting, consisting of the remaining members of the Hopkinton Housing Authority and the members of the Board of Selectmen, will convene and vote at a later date to appoint an individual to temporarily fill this one seat until the next Annual Town Election in May of 2013.

Men and women who have served as early as 1900, to the present time have been identified and recorded in the Vets Photo Gallery.. Public Invited to Review DISC 25% Design of Main Street Project

Residents interested in reviewing the 25% Project Design for the Main Street Project, as recommended by the Downtown Initiative Steering Committee (DISC), are invited to a public meeting with Town Engineer Dave Daltorio, DPW Director John Westerling and Director of Land Use, Planning and Permitting Elaine Lazarus on Thursday, January 17 from 10AM to 11AM in Room 215 at Town Hall.
