Hopkinton Center for the Arts Red Carpet Event November 5

By contributor,

The Hopkinton Center for the Arts will be holding a Red Carpet Event on Friday, November 5 from 7:00 p.m. to midnight at the Doubletree Hotel in Westboro. This elegant, Hollywood-themed evening will be hosted by Doug Meehan, former helicopter reporter with Fox 25 News, and include hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, "Shhh- Auction" items, a beautiful art exhibit and sale, and live music by Hot Acoustics with special guest Barbara Kessler.

Tickets are $60 per person and are available via www.enterstagelefttheater.com

The Hopkinton Center for the Arts is a collaborative formed by Enter Stage Left Theater and the Cultural Arts Alliance of Hopkinton. Its goal is to build an Arts Center to support visual and performing artists in Hopkinton and the surrounding community. Proceeds from the Red Carpet Event will go towards renovating the barn and farmhouse at 98 Hayden Rowe into a multipurpose space for larger art shows, small community theater, musical performances, and community meeting space.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for people to put on their dancing shoes, have fun, and support the arts in their community,” said Kelly Grill, co-founder of ESL. “We have a lot of exciting items for our Shh-Auction, a fabulous host, and great musical entertainment. What a great way to brighten up a cold and dark November evening.”
