Homes for Sale in Hopkinton have increased from 58 in September 2013 to 73 in September 2014. Despite more homes for sale, the median asking price increased 26% from last year to just under $600,000. From July 1st to September 30th of this year, 76 homes have sold, which is 29% more than last year at this time. The Median Sales price is up to $637,000 in Hopkinton, 7% more than last year. Overall sellers are experiencing a 46% increase for time on market to 60 average days. Sellers have received an average of 98% of their asking price which indicates listing prices are realistic to what buyers are willing to pay in the current market.

The least expensive home to sell in Hopkinton during the 3rd quarter of 2014 was 62 West Main Street which sold for $175,000 (Asking Price was $197,000). 62 West Main Street features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with a one car under-garage and was built in 1953. The most expensive home sold in Hopkinton in the 3rd quarter of 2014 was 15 Wescott Drive which sold for $1,740,000 (Asking Price was $1,999,900). 15 Wescott features 5 bedrooms, 6 full baths and a 3 full car garage.
