Chamber of Commerce: Moving the Downtown Corridor Project Forward

The Hopkinton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors would like to urge your attendance at that this evening's (Dec. 9) Special Town Meeting to be held at Hopkinton Middle School beginning at 7 pm.

After years of study and extensive public input it is time to move the much-needed Downtown Corridor Project forward and your attendance and support Monday evening will allow that to happen. In preparation for the upcoming Special Town Meeting, HCAM hosted a Main Street Corridor project forum. Representatives for the Town in support of the project were in attendance along with representatives from the firm designing the project, VHB.

HCAM Downtown Corridor Project Forum Rescheduled to Wednesday 12/4 at 7pm

Due to Weather, we have cancelled tonight's Downtown Corridor Project forum and are tentatively planning on hosting the program on Wednesday, December 4th at 7pm. Confirmation to follow.

HCAM will host a Downtown Corridor Project forum at the HCAM studios (77 Main Street). The program will air live on HCAM-TV and concentrate on discussion about the proposed project in preparation for the upcoming Special Town Meeting on December 9th.

Boy Scout Holiday Tree Sale

Hopkinton Boy Scout Troop 1 is selling fresh cut Christmas trees again this year. The tree lot behind CVS opens after Thanksgiving, on Friday, November 29 at 9:00am. The trees are the fragrant traditional New England Balsam Fir (4-11 ft.) and the dark green, low-shedding, sturdy-branched Fraser Fir (5-12 ft.). The scouts will be selling trees until they are gone. Hours are Wed 4-7pm, Thurs 4-7pm, Fri 4-9pm, Sat 9am-8pm, Sun 9am-6pm. Closed Monday and Tuesday. Along with each tree comes information on how to recycle the tree at the end of the season.

Weston Nurseries to Host Santa Paws Sunday November, 24th

Weston Nurseries is excited to host “Santa Paws” Dog Day!

Join us on Sunday, November 24 from 10am to 3pm for our Santa Paws Dog Days event. Renowned pet photographer, Brownstein Photography, will make your dog feel like a model!

Come and get some great puppy pics with Santa! Treat Fido and yourself to yummy treats from Snappy Dogs, Sun Dog and Laszlo Family Farm. There will be dog groomers (Wild Rover Pet Services), trainers from The Happy Retriever, and Ashland Pet Concierge will be there for dog walking and dog care advice.
