Hiller Cheer TVL 5peat
Congratulations to the Hopkinton Hiller Varsity Cheerleaders for winning their 5th consecutive Tri Valley League Championship against Ashland, Bellingham, Holliston, Medway, Norton and Medfield on Oct 29th, which was hosted by Hopkinton. The team won the title of Grand Champion of the Invitational for having the highest score of all 15 team that competed.
Sunday afternoon, the Hopkinton Varsity Cheerleaders will be competing at the South Regional Championship at Whitman Hanson. Let’s show our support by cheering them on! Go Hillers!
Hillers Volleyball advances to Semi-Finals
The defending state champion #4 seeded Hopkinton Hillers Volleyball team swept #5th seeded Medfield at home to advance to the sectional semi-finals. The Hillers had control throughout the match and beat Medfield in 3 straight (25-8, 25-13, 25-22). Amanda Gilbert racked up 7 Kills, 13 digs and Annie Dumas had a big night with 8 Kills. Abbie Gilbert dominated from the corners with 10 kills overall. Jen Manning was unstoppable all night long with 18 digs and 5 aces. Rachel Zale did a nice job at setting up a number of scores as she totaled 20 assists.
