I am writing to express my support of Jean Bertschmann for School Committee.
Jean’s commitment to our town and schools is unsurpassed. I have been privileged to work closely with Jean in multiple volunteer capacities over the past 13 years. Whether through co-chairing events, collaborating between organizations, or serving together on committees, I have been consistently impressed with Jean’s tireless work ethic, ability to build consensus, and efficiency in managing tasks.
Jean has spent decades building relationships with educators, town and state leaders and Hopkinton residents. She is an excellent listener who has responded to our community’s changing needs by working diligently to ask the hard questions, research solutions and create action steps to move taxpayer priorities forward.
I am grateful that Jean, once again, is willing to serve our town. She brings the experience, institutional knowledge and innovative thinking that is key to advancing excellence in our schools.
