Oscar Kamishlian, 77

Oscar Kamishlian, 77, of Hopkinton, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2014 in his home surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Lois M. (Farrar) Kamishlian of 53 years. He was born in Watertown, son of the late Oscar and Martha (Mouradian) Kamishlian and lived in Watertown before moving to Hopkinton in 1955. He was educated in the Watertown schools. He was a U.S Army Veteran.

Mr. Kamishlian, owned and operated his plumbing and Heating Service for many years in the local area, retiring in 1985. He was a member of the Vineyard Church in Hopkinton.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, David Kamishlian of Milford, Dale Kamishlian and his wife Nicole of Northbridge, Dawn DePaolo and her husband Donald of Hopkinton, Linda Dougherty of Hopkinton, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The funeral services will be held August 5, 2014 at 10 A.M. at the Vineyard Church 84 South St. Hopkinton MA, the Rev. Bernadette MacDonald will be officiating. The burial will follow in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne MA.

Calling hours will be held Monday from 5 to 8 P.M. at the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St Milford Ma.
