Town Manager Norman Khumalo and Health Director Shaun McAuliffe encourage Hopkinton residents over the age of 18 to complete a survey that will help the Hopkinton Health Services Department improve health-related programs and resources for residents.
The anonymous survey is part of a strategic planning effort that plans to help the Hopkinton Health Services Department understand the health needs and concerns of residents, develop programs and policies to address those needs, and promote well-being within the community.
The survey will include questions about general health concerns, services residents would like to see the Hopkinton Health Services provide and about residents' demographics.
This survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey closes on March 23.
